Delicious Turkey Burgers

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Serving: 4-6


  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • hamburger buns / sandwich thins or sliced bread (your choice to decide)


  1. add olive oil to frying pan/skillet
  2. in a large bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, bread crumbs and feta cheese. Mix well
  3. using hands, prepare 4-6 patties (size of patties to your desire)
  4. season with salt and pepper
  5. heat in frying pan for about 5 minutes on each side
  6. toast bread choice, add fixins’ such as lettuce, tomato, red onion, sprouts or even bacon!
  7. serve with a tossed green salad, steamed veggies or chips
